PPP provides full service property and asset management at the 176,000 square foot, fully leased Airport Corporate Park in Ewing, NJ. In addition to providing property and asset management, PPP has overseen, on behalf of the Landlord, major core and shell construction for the 126,000 sf renovation of the Cenlar FSB space. Project costs exceeded $4 million. PPP also managed the Tenant Improvements for Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shields 20,000 sf buildout valued in excess of $900,000.
The successful acquisition of 15 Spring Street, Princeton, NJ for a Private Investor Group. PPP acquired this property end 2011 and successfully repositioned it. It is now leased by a National retail Franchise chain (Savory Spice) and a Review Center.
100/150 College Road West, Princeton, NJ Planning and managing over $1.2 million of Capital Improvements on a 2 building, 225,000 sf campus to create a premier Class “A” Office environment. This work increases marketability, rental rates and ultimate sale value of the asset. Capital Improvements include new lobbies, entrance and landscape.
