Sab has accumulated 25 years of transaction experience in the Princeton office market and has completed assignments worth in excess of $1 billion. His diverse accomplishments include major exclusive leasing and disposition assignments as well as project and construction management.
Sab has represented national and regional office tenants and owners throughout the region, most recently Hill Wallack on a 48,000 sf build-to-suit in Carnegie Center, Textron Financial on a 170,000 sf disposition and Merrill Lynch for over 530,000 sf of tenant representation assignments. Additionally, he completed several of the larger office land sales in both brokerage and consultative capacities, including the PrincetonSouth Corporate Center in Ewing. Over his tenure, Sab has also had in- depth experience with the New Jersey Life Science Market and has negotiated several of Central New Jersey’s most significant laboratory lease and sale transactions, such as Lexicon Pharmaceuticals for a 76,000 sf lease in Hopewell, and a 125,000 sf lab disposition in Somerset for Unilever. Sab has also managed major construction assignments for Horizon NJ Health and Greyfields Investors in excess of $6 million.
Sab is a 1980 graduate of Ithaca College where he majored in Politics with a minor in Economics. A 20 year veteran of CBRE, he achieved the title of First Vice President and received extensive training in project management and financial analysis.
Sab is active in the Princeton and Mid-Jersey Chambers of Commerce and sits on the Board of Trustees of the Trenton YMCA. Sab lives with his wife Kathy and their three children in Hopewell Borough.
